Class Rodas
This is an example of a class roda at Minnesota Capoeira Academy. This video shows that capoeira isn't all acrobatics, and that there are many levels of people that do capoeira. This is not a highlight reel of only advanced students doing lots of floreio (acrobatics), but rather a video showing that capoeira is something that everyone can enjoy regardless of acrobatic ability or level of fitness.
